Job Description: Summary:   This positon requires expertise in all aspects of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and the professional and responsive operation of a business office. Must provide a resume to apply.

Job Description
  • Develops relationships with clients
  • Reports to the Client Service Manager and Warehouse Manager
  • Familiar with handling bills of lading
  • Responsible for standard quotations with clients
  • Intermediate to Advanced skilled in invoicing and inventory using computer software
  • Advanced in data entry skills
  • Team Player with good interpersonal skills
  • Strong Customer Service skills in person and on the phone
  • Dependable and Professional
  • Complete tasks on time and have organizational support skills

Education Requirements:

  •   High School or equivalent

Qualifications:

  • Proficient Microsoft Office Suites (Advance in Excel)
  • EXPERIENCED using Accellos Software
  • Prepare bills of lading
  • Handle standard quotations with clients
  • Data entry
  • Team Player with good interpersonal skills
  • Strong Customer Service skills in person and on the phone
  • Dependable and Professional
  • Complete tasks on time and have organizational support skills
  • Planning and organization skills
