Salary: $12.00 P/H
Job Description: Summary:   Assists with the day to day human resource operations of a busy staffing office. Will work directly with the Office Manager in regards to  employee relations, training and employment paperwork.

Job Description
  • Recruiting and staffing logistics
  • Employee orientation, training and recordkeeping operations
  • Prepares hiring paperwork and establishes personnel files.
  • Ongoing employee relations and maintaining files on staffing system.
  • Assist with day to day operations with hiring
  • Assists in the developing of employee handbook and new policies and procedures
  • Assist with multi line phone system
  • Reconcile billing and billing reports

Education Requirements:

  •   High School Diploma

Qualifications:

  • Proficient Microsoft Office Suites (Advance in Excel)
  • Fundamental math
  • Team Player with good interpersonal skills
  • Some HR experience, references a must
  • Dependable and Professional
  • Complete tasks on time and have organizational support skills
  • Planning and organization skills
  • Exhibits sound judgment and adapts to work environment change, delays or unexpected changes
  • Speak and Write Spanish/English
