Job Description
  • 2-3 years’ experience in office professional duties (Construction related background)
  • Advanced skills in Word and Excel
  • Switchboard/multi-line phone exp.
  • Route incoming calls
  • Receive and direct incoming calls and lobby customers
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High degree of professionalism including ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Data Entry
  • Permitting
