Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch)
Salary: $18–$20 per hour (DOE)
Job Description: Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable, organized, and energetic Administrative Assistant to support front office operations for a well-established flooring company in Winter Haven. The ideal candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers, visitors, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and manage emails efficiently
  • Maintain organization in the front office, waiting area, and showroom
  • Provide administrative support to management and sales staff
  • Keep accurate records of customer contact information and inquiries
  • Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and other clerical tasks
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Uphold a neat and professional appearance
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
  • Previous administrative or receptionist experience (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality
