Job Description:	Job Summary:A busy and reputable construction company in Winter Haven is currently seeking hardworking and reliable Construction Laborers to join our team. This is a physically demanding role that plays a vital part in supporting day-to-day operations on active construction sites. Duties and Responsibilities: Perform general labor duties, including shoveling dirt and debris. Assist in forming and pouring concrete. Tie and place rebar for concrete reinforcement. Operate hand and power tools as required. Load and unload materials and equipment. Assist skilled trades workers as directed. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all safety regulations and protocols. Perform other duties as assigned by the site supervisor. Required Skills & Qualifications: Must be able to lift 80+ lbs consistently throughout the day. Experience with concrete work and rebar tying preferred, but not required. Must be comfortable working in outdoor conditions in various weather. Reliable transportation to get to the shop. Strong work ethic and ability to take direction. Punctual, dependable, and a team player.
