Open Availability Required:
Candidates must be able to work overnight and on weekends.

Training Schedule (C Shift):

  • Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Thursday–Saturday: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    (Training lasts approximately 4 weeks.)

Permanent Schedule (D Shift):

  • Wednesday: 11:00 PM – 5:00 AM

  • Thursday–Saturday: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Salary: $16.00
Job Description: Job Summary: Understand and adhere to the client’s safety programs and procedures. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of blending department machinery. Maintain and operate blending department machinery to produce consistent batches of a finished compound.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN A DUSTY ENVIRONMENT!!!!!!!
  • Sit-Down Forklift experience!!!
  • Understand and adhere to the client’s safety, emergency shutdown, and lock-out/tag-out policies.
  • Adhere to the client’s work rules and attendance policies.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the blending department computer control system, hoppers, loaders, scales, mixers, coolers, blowers, silo hook-ups, and all other equipment. Properly operate machinery to produce finished compounds while adhering to the client’s compound formulas and quality standards.
  • Recognize all raw materials and understand how they affect compound formulas.
  • Be able to recognize and react to alarms.
  • Troubleshoot and correct machinery failures.
  • Operate tow motor and crane.
  • Load raw materials into hoppers and cabinets both with tow motor and by hand.
  • Receive truckloads of raw materials.
  • Complete and submit production and quality reports.
  • Maintain a clean work area. Clean the blending department area, machinery, equipment, and control room as needed. Dispose of all waste material and trash properly.
  • Other duties as assigned management

 Job Description

  • The position requires the ability to stoop, bend, push, pull, and carry objects weighing up to approximately 50 lbs.
  • Basic math and reading skills
  • Possess a VALID driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
  • Be able to work overtime if needed
  • Maintain a clean work area
  • Able to pass a 5-panel drug test
