Job Description:	Fulfillment Specialists needed for two brand new facilities in Lakeland. Get hired and build a career with this growing company. These are entry level positions but candidates that are willing to work hard can quickly move into other positions at a higher wage. Job Duties and Responsibilities Demonstrate the core value of excellence, trust, and care of products Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner so that you get along co-workers, and management Provide assistance where needed Able to work long hours Job Requirements The position requires the ability to be stooping, bending, pushing, pulling, and carrying objects weighing up to approximately 50 lbs Hand Assembly Building Displays Inserting and stacking cardboard boxes Bagging/Pouching Able to run a shrink wrap machine/label machine Rework product Ability to work consistently at a fast pace once trained Possess a VALID drivers license and transportation. Weekends are required as needed and will need flexibility with last minute changes.
