The person hired must be proficient in restoration, doors and windows: also owning hand tools, being able to lift and carry heavy materials, and having reliable transportation. Warehouse Maintenance Tech I is needed for a temp-to-hire job at $14-$15 DOE. Knowledge of refrigeration repairs, simple hydraulic repairs, and simple repairs for carpentry, painting, electrical and plumbing repairs is required. The applicant must be able to lift 50-100 pounds for loading and unloading trucks and keep the facility clean.
