- 2-3 years’ experience in office professional duties (Construction related background)
- Advanced skills in Word and Excel
- Switchboard/multi-line phone exp.
- Route incoming calls
- Receive and direct incoming calls and lobby customers
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High degree of professionalism including ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
