Job Overview:

Our client in Bartow, who is bustling with activity, seeks a dependable Receptionist to undertake diverse administrative and clerical responsibilities. The role entails offering assistance to our Vice President and Engineer, handling daily office requirements, and overseeing the general administrative functions of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and greet visitors
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
  • Collate and distribute mail
  • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
  • Write and edit quotes, purchase orders and job files.
  • Create and maintain filing systems

Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of basic office equipment and procedures

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
