Full Time/Part Time: Temporary to Permanent
Shift: This position follows a standard Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Additionally, candidates must be available to work one weekend per month (Saturday and Sunday) for approximately 4 hours per day.
Salary: $21 per hour
Job Description:

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and peers always.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, requests, sending/entering email orders, daily deposits are scanned, update spreadsheets accordingly.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Answering inbound and outbound calls and directing the calls to the proper channels.
  • Providing administrative and clerical support by ensuring company orders are processed timely and accurately.
  • Process fuel billing.
  • Must be detail-oriented.
  • Other duties will include but not limited to, assisting our Compliance and Dispatch Managers as needed.

Requirements: 

  • Work Schedule & Remote Work:
    This position requires in-office work from Monday through Friday. However, once hired, employees will have a remote component based on their assigned rotation. Remote work is typically limited to a maximum of about 4 hours, depending on the volume of orders that need to be entered.

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.

Qualifications:

  • Must be willing to take a national background check and complete a drug test.
  • Must provide verifiable references.
  • Must have a minimum of two (2 years experience in this field).
  • Commitment to work until the job is completed.
  • Interacts well with others. Good team player.
  • Communications skills and prior customer service experience a plus
  • Experience with MS Office applications: Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience with computerized order entry systems a plus.
  • Must be a multi-tasker in a fast-paced environment.
