For those of you who don’t like sitting in one place all day, and have at least one year of experience with a stand-up forklift, this opening could be your ticket to employment. As a temp-to-permanent position in the Polk County area, this job will have a day and/or night shift, and offers between $10.50-$12 per hour, dependent upon experience. Concrete Form and/or Finisher Carpenter
Winter Haven needs individuals who have at least one year of experience in concrete form and/or finishing to fill a full-time position as a Concrete Form and/or Finisher Carpenter. The position requires studying blueprints to determine dimensions of structure and form, measuring materials, anchoring/bracing structures and spreading, smoothing and leveling concrete. Sanitation Warehouse
Applications are still being accepted for temp and/or temp-to-perm positions in Sanitation Warehouse in Polk County. Those interested must be comfortable working in a cold environment, can lift between 50-60 lbs., and have experience working with harsh sanitation chemicals. The job requires keeping the Master Cleaning schedule updated and picking up trash around the warehouse and plant.
