  • Industrial Refrigeration Tech. This is a day shift position with flexible hours, and pay-rate of $12-$15 per hour, depending on experience. The right candidate will have a working knowledge of PLCs and VFDs, and strong technical and mechanical skills. A working and practical knowledge of plant utility systems is preferred, including ammonia refrigeration systems, glycol heated floors, and automatic doors and wells. Must be able to run diagnostic tests on malfunctioning equipment and perform necessary repairs and preventative maintenance. Experience with plant automation systems such as Genesis and My Touch Pro are preferred but not required.
  • Entry Level Warehouse Positions. First and second shifts, must be flexible. This job starts at $9.50 per hour. There are immediate openings available. The work involves dumping and pushing heavy containers of raw meat in a cold warehouse, 38 degrees. It involves lifting up to 60 – 100 pounds daily, standing, stooping, and climbing throughout the production and warehouse space, taking meat from conveyors to cutters, opening packages of meat using box cutters, keeping work areas clean, and working where needed. It is a very fast paced environment.
  • Back Dock – Warehouse Worker. There are temp-to-hire jobs available for this position. Must be flexible for first and second shifts, $12 per hour. This is a cold warehouse environment that involves separating products on pallets, ensuring all products have passed through metal detectors and x-ray systems, and visually inspecting products for damage, leaks, etc. Must be able to lift 50 – 100 pounds daily, plus stand, stoop, and walk most of the day. A diploma or GED is required.
