Jobs in Demand

Some jobs are harder to fill than others. This may be because of the level of skill and commitment required. They are good jobs and well compensated. If you think you have what it takes to fill these positions, come see us today.

  • Carpentry. Carpentry is an excellent career choice. It is an incredibly useful skill that many employers in the construction field are looking for. Being a carpenter often involves constructing and repairing building frameworks and structures such as stairways, door frames, partitions, rafters, cabinets, and more. Sometimes demolition is also involved.
A successful carpenter can read blueprints, install structures and fixtures such as windows and molding, install trim hardware, construct frameworks including walls, floors, and door frames, measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials, and be able to instruct and direct a crew as needed.
  • Concrete labor. This is another well-paying career path that requires dedication and attention to detail. You must be able to study blueprints and diagrams to determine the dimensions of the structure or form to be built, measure materials or distances using square, measuring tape, or rule, anchor and brace forms and other structures in place using nails, bolts, anchor rods, and steel cables, spread concrete, smooth out concrete in segments to ensure the concrete poured is level, and level the concrete using special blades.
