- Quality Assurance Tech (Food Industry) – This is a temp position, but it could turn into a permanent position. It is located in Auburndale and pays $11 per hour. The position involves objectively and subjectively measuring the conformance of meat products to certain standards, recording the results of such inspections in appropriate logs, and communicating with managers and supervisors as to the disposition of non-conforming product. High school or equivalent is required, plus one year’s experience.
- On Demand Laborers (Same Day and Long Term) – We have a need for individuals to work throughout Polk County doing a variety of tasks, including material handling, lawn maintenance, pool cleaning, flagging traffic, digging ditches, carpenter helpers, meat preppers, and more. It pays $9 – $12 per hour. Applicants must have reliable transportation and be able to lift 50 – 100 pounds.
- Loader – This is a night shift position in Winter Haven that pays $13.50 per hour. It involves processing orders for daily routes through the orderly receipt, picking, and loading of product, as well as maintaining the warehouse in a safe and sanitary manner. It is a temp to perm position that requires a high school diploma or equivalent and forklift experience.
