Shift: This position follows a standard Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Additionally, candidates must be available to work one weekend per month (Saturday and Sunday) for approximately 4 hours per day.
Salary: $21 per hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing and Order Entry Clerk. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and administrative skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role plays a key part in maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring accurate processing of company orders and data.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service with a positive, professional, and empathetic attitude.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and other platforms.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of company products and services to respond to customer inquiries.
  • Process customer orders, applications, forms, and requests accurately.
  • Enter email orders, scan daily deposits, and update internal spreadsheets as required.
  • HEAVY DATA ENTRY
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls(HEAVY CALL VOLUME), directing them to appropriate departments.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure the timely processing of company orders.
  • Perform billing tasks related to fuel services (INPUTTING RECEIPTS).
  • Support the Compliance and Dispatch Managers as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all assigned tasks.

 Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in billing, data entry, and customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Familiarity with computerized order entry systems is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to seeing tasks through to completion.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must successfully pass a national background check and drug screening.
  • Must provide verifiable professional references.
  • Must be flexible to work onsite Monday through Friday, with potential for limited remote work (approximately 4 hours based on order volume) after training and assignment rotation.
