Outside Sales Manager—Are you dynamic and self-motivated? Do you have a proven track record in sales? We’re looking for you! This immediate, temporary-to-permanent and in-house position requires strong people skills, a dedicated work ethic and a positive attitude. Starting pay is great, with commission, and the job comes with a full benefit package as well. This position is located in Winter Haven.
HR Assistant—This is another immediate, temporary-to-permanent position with KB Staffing. Being bilingual (Spanish and English) is a must, with at least two years of experience in HR or a Bachelor of Arts degree. We need a team player who’s ambitious and understands how to work with employees and perform numerous HR tasks. Microsoft Word and Excel skills are also really important, and the ability to efficiently multi-task. This position is located in Auburndale with a starting salary of $17-19 per hour with benefits.
Heavy Equipment Mechanic—Do you have three years of experience as a mechanic? We have an immediate, temporary-to-permanent position for mechanics that are familiar with working on gas and diesel engines. You’ll also need experience in small engine repair and an understanding of how Diesel equipment like forklifts and backhoes work. There will also be a heavy lifting component, oil changes and other tasks. This position is in Winter Haven and has a starting salary of $15-20 with benefits. And you’ll be working during the day!
