Meat Utility and Dumpers
Winter Haven is looking for experienced applicants to fill long-term temp spots as Meat Utility and Dumpers. Those interested must be comfortable in cold work environments with raw meat, be able to lift between 50-100 lbs. daily, and can move easily (meaning standing, stooping and climbing) within a warehouse. Duties include moving meat from conveyors to the meat cutters, as well as discarding scrap meat in the appointed sanitation areas. Offering help where needed and keeping the facility clean are additional tasks.
Deep Reach Selectors with Stand-Up Forklift
Are you experienced in working a stand-up forklift, as well as have RF Gun experience and knowledge of Pallet Jack Electric? If so, please apply for the temp-to-perm positions in Polk County as Deep Reach Selectors with Stand-Up Forklift. Besides experience, applicants must be comfortable working in a cold work environment, have decent computer skills and be a team player. Crown experience preferred among applicants, as well as flexibility in hours and being career-oriented.
Cabinet Builder/Installer
If you enjoy making cabinets people use every day, a new, full-time position has opened in Winter Haven as a Cabinet Builder/Installer, for those with at least two years of experience, the ability to lift 50 lbs., and can build/install cabinets without supervision. A valid Florida driver’s license is also required. Tasks include reading blueprints, installing cabinets and its features, and trimming/smoothing cabinets to fit. You must also be a team player, career-oriented and willing to stay until the job is complete.
